Tooth replacement

Replace what's missing, permanently

Single and multiple tooth replacement that restores chewing, speech, and the shape of your face.

A missing tooth, or missing teeth, is not just an aesthetic problem. The spaces left behind can lead to speech difficulties, shifting teeth, trouble eating, and ongoing discomfort. Neighboring teeth drift into the gap and the bite changes with them.

Implants stop that. A titanium post takes the place of the root and a custom crown sits on top, so the replacement is anchored in bone rather than resting on the gum. We handle single tooth and multiple tooth replacement.

Benefits

Why patients choose this treatment

Chew normally again

Implants transmit force into bone the way a natural root does, so steak and apples are back on the table.

Protects the teeth you still have

Filling the gap stops neighboring teeth from tipping and the opposite tooth from over-erupting.

Built to last

With good hygiene and regular check-ups, an implant is a long-term answer rather than a repeating expense.

The procedure

What happens, step by step

  1. Evaluation

Imaging shows the bone available and the position of nerves and sinuses so placement is planned precisely.

  2. Placement

The implant post is placed into the jaw under local anesthetic. Most people describe it as easier than they expected.

  3. Healing

Over several months the bone fuses to the post. You wear a temporary in the meantime.

  4. Final crown

Once integrated, the custom crown is attached and adjusted to your bite.

Recovery & aftercare

What to expect afterward

  • Expect some swelling and soreness for two to three days after placement, managed with over-the-counter pain relief.
  • Soft foods for the first week, then back to normal as comfort allows.
  • Full fusion of bone to implant takes roughly three to six months before the final crown is placed.
